Kawat4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions binding on all kawat4d users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Updated: 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kawat4d platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kawat4d platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kawat4d as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on kawat4d. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses more than once, or engage in any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use kawat4d's services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date. kawat4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the kawat4d support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules
- Accessing the games and betting options available on kawat4d for personal entertainment purposes.
- Making deposits and withdrawals using supported payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Contacting the support team for account or service-related enquiries.
- Sharing feedback and suggestions through kawat4d's official channels.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with kawat4d's systems in any way.
- Transfering or sharing your account with another individual without written authorisation.
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Posting offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on kawat4d are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and local online banking. kawat4d is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used during deposit, subject to successful identity verification. kawat4d reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
Any transaction suspected to be fraudulent — including the use of cards or bank accounts not belonging to the registered user — will be automatically blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. The account in question may be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.
Deposit processing is typically instant, while withdrawals take between one and three working days depending on the selected payment method and verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Kawat4d is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users through the use of this platform, including betting losses, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
All content on the kawat4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the property of kawat4d or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The kawat4d platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. kawat4d does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Accessing such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Kawat4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised use, or any conduct deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform.
In the event of a suspension, any valid cash balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and no legal or fraud-related issues are identified. The investigation period may take up to 30 working days.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the kawat4d support team via email. Account closure will be processed within 5 working days of the request being received and all pending transactions being settled.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Kawat4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notices or email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the kawat4d platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
